Booking Information

How to Book

  1. Obtain a referral and Mental Health Care Plan from your GP (optional but recommended for Medicare rebates).
  2. Contact us via the form or email to express interest in either assessment or treatment.
  3. Our intake team will provide you with the necessary intake forms to complete.
  4. Once forms are received, we will contact you to schedule your appointment.
Wait Times

Wait times fluctuate depending on the service requested. Assessments typically have a shorter wait time (2-4 weeks), while treatment books are currently closed. We prioritise urgent clinical assessments where possible.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours incur the full fee, as do non-attended appointments.

Jennifer is not taking on new treatment referrals at this time. Referrals and bookings for assessments are still being accepted.

What to Expect at Your First Appointment

The first session is a 90-minute initial consultation. This is a time for us to get to know one another in a safe, non-judgmental space. We will discuss your history, current challenges, and goals for support. You don't need to 'prepare' anything, know where to start, or what to say exactly. We will work things at your own pace, lead by Jennifer who will balance asking you questions and giving you space to talk freely.   By the end of this session, we will have a collaborative plan for your next steps.
